Flesh Models Booking, billing & payment policies & procedures.

Rates flesh model management & casting agency- will quote all model and actor rates separately. There is a two hour minimum on all bookings. In the event the booking exceeds the hour, time is billed on half hours. Approximate length of booking must be specified at the time of booking. Model or actor will be paid for time specified, used or not. Day rates are eight consecutive hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Half day rates are four consecutive hours between 7:00am and 6:00pm time and a half is charged before 7:00am and after 6:00pm and on holidays. Fittings are billed at full rate with a minimum of one-half hour charged.

Usage and usage fees must be stated and negotiated prior to the time of actual booking. Usage rights are limited to the specific rights granted and may not be extended without negotiation.

Preparation time makeup, hair, dressing and rehearsal time will be charged at full fee.

Travel time and mileage arranged prior to booking

Tentative bookings may be cancelled at anytime by either talent or client at no charge. If the client does not release or confirm tentative bookings, the agency has the right to cancel

Definite bookings single or multiple bookings, hair makeup, nail requirements, billing information or any special requirements must be specified by the client when placing definite bookings.

Product bookings please check all consumer product bookings with us for conflicts and rates. No bookings for consumer product, packages, riser cards, posters, outdoor, transit, use of model names, hang tags or any other displaymaterial, package inserts, etc. May be made without specific clearance.

Exclusivity/endorsement requires separate, negotiated contract.

Film/video all bookings involving motion picture, film or video recordings must be negotiated in advance.

Cancellations confirmed bookings cancelled withintwo(2) working days:no fee. Confirmed bookings cancelled within one day(24 hours) :half fee. Confirmed bookings cancelled within eighteen hours :full fee.

Client responsibilities include advising agency of extraordinary conditions or requirements; advising of all possible usage prior to booking; and providing complete billing information at time of booking.

Voucher a voucher will be signed by client and talent on each and every job. There are no exceptions.

Agency service fee of 40% will be added to all bookings
